Emergency Action and Fire Prevention Plans

OSHA materials, as well your company’s internal emergency response plan, this training will cover OSHA Employee Emergency Plans & Fire Prevention Regulation 1910.33–39 Subpart E, alarms, evacuation methods, training, and fire prevention. 

The course covers:
 

  • OSHA Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, & Fire Prevention Plans Regulation (29 CFR 1910.33-39 E)
  • Types of workplace emergencies.
  • Emergency action plan & fire prevention plan elements.
  • Planning issues for emergency action plan elements.
Participants will be able to:

  • Understand key portions of Subpart E (Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, & Fire Prevention Plans).
  • Identify three parts of an exit route.
  • Identify types of workplace emergencies.
  • Understand the key elements of the facility emergency action plan and fire prevention plan elements
Required by: OSHA 29 CFR 1910.38 (a)(5)(i), (ii)(a) through (c) and (iii)

Frequency: Initial, when employees responsibilities change, when plan changes.
