Clas Consulting utilizes teams of highly qualified health, safety and environmental (HSE) consultants. Our emphasis is unique as we have extensive experience in all phases of emergency management and believe that a holistic approach to safety and health includes preparing for the ordinary and the extraordinary. All members of our team have real life safety, security, industrial hygiene, occupational health, hazardous materials, emergency response and recovery experience and are recognized as leaders in their professions. 

We provide personal attention, commitment and energy to each of our client relationships. Each client is assigned a team that includes a Project Manager; then depending on the customer's particular needs, consultants are selected to ensure the best match of expertise. Once the team is selected a plan is designed to specifically meet the environmental, health & safety and security needs of the client. The project manager will then work with the team(s) to execute the plan until all goals and objectives have been met. The client will be kept informed of the project’s progress and will be free to provide input and direction throughout the entire process.

To ensure efficient consultant management, Clas Consulting follows three general principles:

Flexibility in assignment of work: To maintain flexibility in assigning work, no team member can count on any fixed share of the work under any contract. The choice of a suitable team member for any work assignment will depend on whether that individual is best suited to fulfill the technical and analytical demands of the work. The client will maintain ultimate control and approval of all team members.

Overall consultant management and administration: To ensure accountability and strong overall contract management, the Clas Consulting project manager will act as the single point of contact for all administrative and contract matters. Clas Consulting will exercise control over contract costs and will simplify and streamline contract administration.

Effective quality control: Clas Consulting will assume responsibility for quality assurance at the highest level. Clas Consulting has always placed primary importance on delivering work of the highest quality to clients. We make every effort to ensure that the work of our consultants is of the same high quality. In the unlikely event that a Team member’s performance is unsatisfactory, Clas Consulting will work with that individual to correct the problem and, if necessary, replace them. Clas Consulting will always maintain the ultimate responsibility for all of the work that is done in our name and on our customer’s behalf.
