OSHA 10-Hour General IndustryTraining Program

The OSHA 10-hour General Industry Outreach Training Program is a voluntary training program designed to help entry level workers comply with federal OSHA requirements. The purpose is to increase workplace safety awareness and compliance, and reduce a company's risk of fines and penalties resulting from OSHA violations. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a course completion card directly from OSHA.

The benefits of this training are immediate as participants learn how to prevent accidents and injuries. The course will include comprehensive instruction in the OSHA General Industry Standards and can be tailored to your particular industry.




OSHA 30-Hour Training Program

The OSHA 30-hour General Industry Outreach Training Program is a voluntary training program designed to provide a variety of training to people with some safety responsibility. The purpose is to increase workplace safety awareness and compliance, and reduce a company's risk of fines and penalties resulting from OSHA violations. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a course completion card directly from OSHA.
The benefits of this training are immediate as participants learn how to prevent accidents and injuries. The course will include comprehensive instruction in the OSHA General Industry Standards and can be tailored to your particular industry.



Course Topics
Required:  Introduction to OSHA, OSH Act/General Duty Clause, Inspections, Citations, and Penalties.
Required: Walking and Working Surfaces.
Required: Means of Egress and Fire Protection
Required: Electrical
Required: Three or more of the following

Personal Protective Equipment, Hazardous Materials, Machine Guarding, Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, Safety and Health Program.

For the remaining three hours of the 10-hr. class, we can tailor the subject matter to your particular operation or expand on the required topic coverage.
Course Topics

Required: Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans,  Fire Protection Plans & Fire Protection
Required: Electrical
Required: Six or more of the following:
Flammable and Combustible Liquids; Personal Protective Equipment; Permit-Required Confined Spaces; Lockout/Tagout; Materials Handling; Machine Guarding; Welding, Cutting, and Brazing;  Hazard Communication; Introduction to Industrial Hygiene/Bloodborne Pathogens; Ergonomics; Recordkeeping; Safety and Health Program.

For the remaining ten hours of the 30-hours class, we can tailor the subject matter to your particular operation or expand on the required topic coverage.
